Originally from the Northeast, I grew up in New Hampshire and spent my summers on Lake Winnipesaukee. Trail running is how I stay fit, both mind and body. I have completed several ultra-marathons. On the trails and in the mountains is where I am most at home, and on a stormy, cloudy, or windy day, I’ll be the crazy one smiling.
I am a graduate of the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology. Being fit, healthy, and strong is what comes naturally to me, and I do my best to walk the talk daily, both physically and emotionally. I consider it a great day if I can be an inspiration to others by being real and open and sharing from my own growth and healing process.
